Product design is at the core of what I do, it’s about blending user needs with business goals to create intuitive, impactful, and scalable digital solutions. I leverage a holistic approach, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring every design choice contributes to a seamless and valuable user experience and drives product success.

My expertise lies in orchestrating the entire product design lifecycle, focusing on user-centered principles, content integration, and robust design systems. I am skilled in methodologies such as Design Thinking, Agile, and Lean Design to align experience design strategies and insight-driven solutions with business goals and user needs.

My most recent impact was at Visa, Inc., where my contributions to the Visa Commercial Solutions group led to a remarkable 300% increment in revenue for the company where I spearheaded a crucial initiative that profoundly impacted their commercial products landscape by initiating the core product Visa Business Solutions Experience, a solution for large and medium markets, where all the commercial products were integrated into a single experience. I directly managed four insight and data-driven commercial products independently, ensuring their design and user experience aligned with the core initiative and business objectives, and were supported by research and testing. Also I outlined new workflows processes to align UX, development, and product owners, expediting delivery times by 50%.

Across my 16 years of experience I have established and managed several design teams with diverse disciplines. My process is to propose and actively guide the establishment of a specialized team, depending on the company needs, by advising executives and stakeholders on the optimal organizational structure, analyzing budgets, and setting expectations for the desired squad. I also mentor individuals to improve their career goals and guide them to tackle complex challenges which has led them to explore new countries, explore other design disciplines, and even place them in global organizations.

Leading meticulous User Acceptance Testings (UATs) through Lean UX and Design Thinking methodologies, engaging SDLC methodologies such as Agile and Scrum, has allowed me to drive successful product deployment to production and establishing aligned workflows between product, design and development. These testings and deployments have generated great user and customer feedback to constantly improve companies’ experiences, enriching mobile and desktop usability, ensuring exceptional user satisfaction and acceptance, increasing engagement and retention.

I champion creating alliances by guiding and mentoring stakeholders in best UX practices and supporting product development to align with every objective and business goal. My efforts also included enhancing Visa Intellilink Compliance Management platform for audit and compliant management, Visa Spend Clarity for Business, a small business and virtual cards platform that delivered understandable, valuable insights to business owners and employees, and created the holistic journey and experience for Visa Intellilink Data Solutions, a solution encompassing end-to-end data delivery and file processing for inbound and outbound data. Also redesigned the whole experience for the Visa Certification Tool. At Verizon, I architected the overall UX and crafted user flows, providing a clear roadmap for the user journey within our application. This effort matched two different services: landline and wireless, and this helped reduce fulfillment time from 60-90 minutes to 7-12 minutes.

I have owned the establishment of UX Governance across companies. This involved meticulously developing design guidelines, comprehensive documentation, and contributing to libraries of reusable patterns, all documented in Confluence and Jira to ensure accessibility, consistency, and alignment by defining a robust framework for component standardization within our design system and spreading knowledge and alignment across organizations. My strategic thinking also extended to planning the comprehensive roadmap for implementing these new design system guidelines, a collaborative effort between business partners, design, and development teams. I am known for shaping internal UX and business processes, design systems, and governance strategies within global organizations.
