My role focused on improving data visualization accessibility, designing an end-to-end Virtual Cards experience, simplifying payment controls, and integrating help documentation across native mobile platforms. The platform’s diverse small business user base—including finance managers, procurement officers, and business administrators—faced challenges in:

  • Audited all platform graphs and charts for WCAG compliance.
  • Designed accessible alternatives for color-blind users, integrating text-based summaries and ARIA labeling.
